Extra Virgin Olive Oil (AOVE), senior obtained directly from olives by mechanical means.

Conditions of conservation: Protect from heat and excessive light.

Extra virgin olive oil EMPELTRE variety: Medium-high fruity. It's very sweet and smooth, practically not bitter and very slightly itchy. It has very good almond aromas, banana and other nuts ( peanut or walnut). In the end, leave some apple. Ideal for mayonnaise or dessert sauces.
